Training is a group training program like no other.It will energize your daily routine, and take
you to the next level of triathlon competition.Your target race is The San Francisco Triathlon at Alcatraz on August
29, 2010.This race is a fast-paced,
Olympic-Distance Triathlon that puts your training to the test.C.O.R.E. delivers the training you need to
rise to the challenge, and exceed it. When
you cross the finish line after swimming across the cold San Francisco Bay,
race the hilly streets and beat the "Sand Ladder" the feeling of accomplishment
is an adrenaline rush beyond compare, with bragging rights to match. You will have exceeded your performance goals
and experienced the next level of triathlon.

training program designed specifically to fit your level of fitness and
ability.
The Comprehensive
C.O.R.E. 8-week Training Program Delivers:
Training
that is customized to your fitness level and ability, led by one of the
top-ratedtriathlon coaches in Northern
California and staffed by a well-rounded team of experts in all 3 disciplines,

2-Coached
Group Workouts weekly, where you will experience a team approach that will take
you beyond basic standalone training, and daily individual solo workouts where

FAQS
When
does training start?
The 8-week
program will begin 9 am, Sunday July 4th at Sports Basement in the Presidio.
Who
is this for?
Self-motivated,
enthusiastic individuals that have raced at least one triathlon previously and
want to take on the challenge of improving their multi-sport performance using this
Olympic Distance Event.
Special
consideration will be given to those that may not have completed a triathlon. Please contact Coach
Neil directly. Additionally, you must be in good physical
condition.
When
& where will I be working out?
Wednesday’s-
6:00 pm at Aquatic Park in San Francisco, Open water swim day.
Sunday’s-
8:00 am Brick Work Outs, (combinations of two and three disciplines). Training
on the actual course and also in Marin.
What
happens if I can't make it to all the workouts?
Life
happens; it would be great if we had enough time in the day to do everything we
want. It’s all about putting 100% into the time that you do have.
With the help of your coaches, you can train
as little as 8-hours a week, and feel confident you will achieve your goals.
Do I
have to race?
No,
participation is optional; this program is about learning new techniques,
setting goals, and breaking through personal barriers to achieve them.

Registration
to San Francisco Triathlon at Alcatraz is NOT INCLUDED. You must register on
your own.
Participation
in the race is not mandatory.This is an
8-week training program that can be used for fitness, or as a preview into what
racing is actually like.
