Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message, and your products will be packaged and shipped. Please allow up to a week to ten days for shipping. We make every attempt to keep all items in stock; if, however, items are out of stock, you will be given the choice of waiting for the back-ordered item, or canceling the order.
