Neil
Fraser, head coach and co-owner of Tri More Fitness, is
a Personal Trainer, Certified USA Triathlon & Cycling
Coach, Water Safety Instructor and Master Swim Coach.
Neil understands the needs of athletes, since he has a
long history of competing in a variety of athletic events
at the national level and currently races around the country
annually for pleasure. Neil started Tri More Fitness over
5 years ago, when he met his wife. She was active in running
marathons, and gave Neil the inspiration he needed to
take his endurance training and business plan to the next
level. Since then, Neil has completed five IronMan, fifteen
marathons, and raced all over North America.
He
specializes in coaching athletes in all walks of life,
using a hands-on approach that his client’s find
fun and effective. Neil’s unique ability to drive
and inspire people in an encouraging and non-threatening
environment has led him to be voted “Most Inspirational
Coach” by the Golden Gate Triathlon Club in San
Francisco. Neil’s passion for helping people advance
to the next level in all endeavors has led him to become
a presenter to clubs, corporations and teams, and consultant
on a variety of topics related to training, performance,
and wellness. Neil’s motivation comes from helping
others succeed and inspiring them to try new things.
Neil’s
clients are not limited to athletes who are training
for races. His clients range from individuals and groups
new to fitness, to advanced athletes and corporate athletes,
corporate fitness and wellness groups. With a philosophy
of relatively simple training exercises and schedules,
Neil works to help people find a way to incorporate
fitness into their everyday lives.
Neil
lives in Marin County with his wife and business partner,
Laura. Tri More Fitness has clients around the San Francisco
Bay Area, and offers remote coaching to fit your needs
around the country and on location.
