C.O.R.E. Training is a group training program
like no other. It will energize your daily routine, and
take you to the next level of triathlon competition. Your
target race is The Marin County Triathlon at McNears Beach
Park in San Rafael on November 1st, 2009. The Marin County
Triathlon is a fast-paced, Olympic-length triathlon that
puts your endurance and your triathlon techniques to the
test. C.O.R.E. delivers the training you need to rise
to the challenge, and exceed it. When you cross the finish
line on November 1st, the feeling of accomplishment is
an adrenaline rush beyond compare, with bragging rights
to match. You will have exceeded your performance goals
and experienced the next level of triathlon.
TRIMORE Head Coach,
Ironman athlete and founder Neil Fraser heads up this
10-week training program designed specifically to fit
your level of fitness and ability. And, while C.O.R.E.
focuses on refining and honing your triathlon skill set,
it’s not all about you! Proceeds from C.O.R.E.
with be given to the race and distributed directly to
charity. This year’s charities are: Sunny
Hills Services and Jenny's
Light. To date TRIMORE
has helped various clubs and organizations race over $125,000.00

The comprehensive C.O.R.E. 10-week Training Program delivers:

When does training start?
The 10-week program will begin 9 am, Sunday August
23, 2009 at McNears Beach Park.
Who is this for?
Self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals that have
raced at least one triathlon previously (any length)
and want to take on the challenge of improving their
multi-sport performance using an Olympic-length race.
Special consideration will be given to those that
may not have completed a triathlon - Please
contact Coach Neil directly. Additionally, you must
be in good physical condition.
When & where will I be working out?
Wednesday’s- 6:30 pm at McNears Beach Park for sport
specific training group workouts.
Saturdays and Sundays- Brick Work Outs, (combinations
of two and three disciplines). Various locations including,
McNears Beach Park, IVC Pool in Novato, Aquatic Park
in San Francisco.
What happens if I can't make it to all the workouts?
Life happens; it would be great if we had enough time
in the day to do everything we want. It’s all about
putting 100% into the time that you do have. With the
help of your coaches, you can train as little as 8-hours
a week, and feel confident you will achieve your goals.
Do I have to race?
No, participation is optional; this program is about
learning new techniques, setting goals, and breaking
through personal barriers to achieve them.

Entry fee is not included with the program. Individuals
will be responsible for race registration.
We recommend you sign up for the race early as it
can fill.
Payment for this program is collected e through PayPal.
Cost- 10-week training with 30-group workouts for
$295
Registration to Marin County Triathlon is NOT INCLUDED.
You must register on your own.
Participation in the race is not mandatory. This
is a 10-week training program that can be used for fitness,
or as a preview into what racing is actually like.

Refund,
Early Termination Policy
Clients wishing to terminate
programs early must do so in writing. A $100.00
service charge for program fees and set up will
be charged. Clients will receive a refund
of any unused prepaid portion with 60 days of
TMF receiving termination notice. NOTE: Tri
More Fitness may terminate training with client(s)
at any time. Refund due to early termination
of contract by Tri More Fitness will total the
unused portion of prepaid contract.
