Wildflower Training Camp

3-day comprehensive event held at Lake San Antonio.

April 9-11, 2010

WHO IS THIS FOR?
TRIMORE Weekend Training Camp for Wildflower is designed for individuals who are new to the sport, new to Wildflower as well as those who have raced Wildflower before and are looking to get faster. TRIMORE provides a detailed look at the Olympic and Long Course Races.  You will need to have all your own equipment and have the ability to swim at least 400 yards non stop. Space is limited to 25 participants


WHERE IS THE CAMP HELD?
TRIMORE Weekend Training Camp for Wildflower takes place on location at the race venue.  Lake San Antonio is about 4-hours south of San Francisco. All training will take place on the actual course.  Lectures will be held outdoors in the park itself.

* Open Water Swimming: Safety, Skills and Strategy

* Swim-to-Bike and Bike-to-Run Transition Practice

HOW MUCH TRAINING WILL I DO?
The amount of training you do is really up to you.  Depending on the fitness level of each participant the distance of the swim, bike and run may vary.  Printed maps and course descriptions will be available on-site. Several smaller groups may be formed based on ability and fitness levels.  These sessions are intended to be challenging aerobic efforts.  Don’t be concerned about not being able to keep up.  NO ONE gets dropped during these sessions.  There will be plenty of others riding and running at your speed!!


WHO IS THE COACH?
Head Coach: Neil Fraser, 5 x IronMan, TRIMORE Head Coach and Owner.


WHERE WILL I BE STAYING?
Participants will stay in Cabins operated by Lake San Antonio Resort.  Each cabin has a full kitchen, bathroom and shower. Accommodations will be assigned unless requested otherwise. 
Rooms: Shared Queen Bed Room (Private room adds $50 per night), Room with 2-twin beds, Room with 2-bunck beds.

Until February 28- $199
March 1 to March 31- $219
After April 1- $249
TRIMORE Team Members will receive a $50 Voucher good for any future 2010 training camps or programs.
