You’ve worked hard this Spring on your T1 and T2….
…now is the time for Summer T3!

What is T3?
T3 is the TRIMORE Team Training program.  This program delivers the triathlon training you need in group format.  It includes a weekly training plan with balanced workouts that are geared to help achieve YOUR goals, whether they are to maintain your current fitness, lose weight, or ramp for a longer race.  

Who is T3 for?
T3 is for multi-sport athletes of all abilities and experience. The workouts include varying levels and distances, a great option for any distance that you may be training for.
 
What are the dates?
We are offering a special Summer 2010 Term:  May 12th  – August 1st, 2010.  The dates coincide nicely with the start of TAG2SantaCruz and HIT2Kahuna.  Go figure. :)

What do I get?
You get all of the goodness of a robust, group training program -- and the perks of elite individual 1:1 training:A weekly training plan that you can customize to meet your specific needs and skill level.

  • Two coached group workouts per week with the TRIMORE team

What is the price?
T3 is $300 for the Summer term.  For GGTC members, and / or TRIMORE Group Training Alumni, we offer a discounted rate of $225. Use Promo Code "t3rocks".
